可以直接複製以下文字檔，存成TLSOff.reg，然後點兩下執行，執行完後，重新開機即可iis

在網站的根目錄裡放置web.config，裡面內容如下：

如果放入後，執行網站有誤，那麼請安裝url-rewrite。
